What the Senior Section members do

Senior Section members can choose to be part of Girlguiding UK in a variety of ways including as a Ranger (14+) or a Young Leader (14-18). In the Senior Section we can also do the Duke of Edinburgh award and the Queen’s Guide award. There are lot of other opportunities depending on your interests!

The Senior Section is all about flexibility with each member choosing an individual programme to suit herself. Whatever you choose to do its always fun! There is a chance to develop leadership skills and to meet challenges including camping and adventurous activities.

Ages – 14 – 26
A girl can become a Senior Section member when she reaches her 14th birthday.
